If you go on the pill right after you have the IUD out, you may have even more issues with getting your period. Many women don't get a period on the mini pill because you need to take it continuously without a break. Good luck

I just got iud out 16th and was bleeding when iud was in for 2weeks straight and when i got it out bleeding got really bad with blood clots. I started pill on 17th just hoping bleeding will stop.
