iv had enough!! enough of being rejected because i weigh to much. sick too death!! im 16 and weigh a horrific 210lbs. reading some guys post earlier iv been inspired. Iv desined a slight plan i think it should work:
morning: cereal.
lunch: pasta salad, or sandwich
evening: preferbly meat with veg, but if thats not possible then something low in fat and calories
snacks: trying not too but, fruit or nuts.
its pretty one way'd but it should work if i roughly stick to it, no crisps or sweets or anything like that.
and i need to drink 8 glasses of water a day.
i will chart my progress week by week on these forums. If any of you are interested in joining me with charting progress then please do as well, the support would be most helpful.
oh one more thing, i will take adios slimming pills in 1 week bursts to see if they really do work on me. and will do 30-40 mins of walking everyday.
