Hi. I'm 16 and okay, I'd really like some help.
Basically, my bones crack everywhere. My knees, my toes, my neck...everywhere. When I try to straighten my knees because I've been told I have bad posture, they go too far backwards. Same with my elbows. When my bones won't click, it's like there's this limbo phase where the bone won't click but I can feel that it's not connected. It's very painful.
I'm asking for help because I always thought it was fairly normal, but the other day I sat down for about an hour without realising my hip had come out of the joint or whatever it does. My leg went to sleep and when I tried to stand up, I had no control over my leg whatsoever and had to be helped into my mum's car. When the feeling came back, it was pretty agonising. My shoulder does the same thing in exams and sitting my GCSEs was more than a little painful, so I'd really like some help now.
My local doctor's pretty terrible so I figured I'd ask you guys (my mum had a stomach ulcer so was throwing up blood, etc and he diagnosed her as having "bad posture". Go figure.)
I'm 16. I'm vegetarian, I don't eat junk food, I exercise on a daily basis. I'm really healthy, other than this one thing. But it's really, really painful, so I was wondering if anyone could just give me an idea of what I could do to lessen the pain. It's especially bad in exams because I already take meds against panic attacks, so I can't take anymore meds without risking drowsiness.

Wow, what a terrible problem to have to go through, especially at such a young age. Firstly, convince your mom to find you another doctor, or if you can, find a walk in clinic that can direct you to a specialist.
Also, do you drink enough water? Surprising water can heal alot of serious problems. Also I would take some iron supplements if your on a vegetarian diet, females always tend to have problems with iron when on a vegetarian diet.
You could always start eating meat. I'm all for the vegetarian diet until problems like yours start to develop. Unfortunately are fruits and vegetables in this day and age aren't what they used to be.
Also if you can find it, shark cartilage has been known to help with joint problems.
