I have been having menstrual-like cramps 1-2 week before my period would normally come. I am EXTREMELY fatigued. Almost every day, I am tired. No matter how much sleep I get. I often feel nauseous, feeling like I am going to get sick, but I never do. I have an odd pain in my throat that feels like something is stuck in the back. My lower stomach is also slightly sensitive to touch. I have been sick with allergy problems, but I went to the doctor and the first thing they asked me after I described my symptoms was if it was possible I was pregnant. Are these symptoms common in early pregnancy?
