It is VERY unlikely that she got pregnant having sex 5 days before her period was due.
Normally she would ovulate between days 11-16 of her cycle, normally around 28 days. Day 1 is when her period starts. Sperm can live about 5 days. You had sex on/about day 23 of her cycle.
Once she ovulates, again usually no later than day 16 of her cycle, the egg is only able to be fertilized for about 48 hours. After the 48 hours the egg is not viable. So, that would be about day 18. 5 days BEFORE you had sex.
She might just be late. It happens.
Still, she can take a home test now. If she doesn't have her period in another few days then she should see her doctor.

i got reply before 4 days ago.i had suggest for T-Registeron 5 mg 10 tablets morning and evening but yet her period not come one thing is
