There is a chance but it really depends upon exactly when she ovulates. Assuming a 5 day period then you had sex on day 7 of her cycle, day 1 is when her period starts. Normally she will ovulate between days 11 and 16.
Sperm can remain alive for about 5 days - that's the problem. It would still be alive while she's ovulating and could fertilize the egg.
