If it is 5 days before her period is due to start AND she has her period on a regular schedule then it is UNLIKELY she will get pregnant - this time.
It is likely well past when she ovulated so the egg would not be capable of being fertilized.

Then we can't tell. It all depends upon when she ovulates - releases the egg, not her period. Being irregular makes tracking her cycle difficult. There is a chance of pregnancy. How high we can't predict. Plan B or another emergency contraceptive within 72 hours is likely your best option at this point. Good luck.
