Have you considered setting up your own website/ blog with all of this information? I remember your story from a previous post in this thread and you are so articulate and well-informed about everything you have gone thru and why. It's a shame that your email is being deleted so others can't contact you. If you set up your own website (maybe thru one of the free hosting sites), others would be more likely to find you and your story, and would be able to learn from you, contact you and possibly help you with your goals.
Have you considered taking your story to the media? If not now, at some point? You were seriously harmed and are now aware that medical school education is insufficient in this area and are trying to change that--that's a story. Of course, anonymity is most likely a concern for you, but maybe that could be protected, as would be your right. It was only 10 years or so ago that the full clitoris (internal structure and all) was fully mapped by an Australian gynecologist. And now you have discovered that the nerves in the vulva, etc are not fully articulated in medical training. That's huge.
BTW, your story really solidified my decision to not pursue labiaplasty. Knowing that even with careful selection of a 'top' doctor you were still so seriously harmed, helped me decide to not risk it. I know that does nothing to help with the pain you have had to deal with, but I wanted you to know that putting your story out there helped one woman to avoid the same potential fate.
I hope things get better for you and someone can help you with your goals.

I have known that medical training doesn’t include the neuroanatomy of the clitoris for 8 years. I just have struggled to find a way to change it. It was hard to even contact leadership involved. Until 2014, the anatomy wasn’t shown in detail anywhere. From 2011-2012 I worked on a 200 page paper analyzing the literature to show systemic negligence where vulvar anatomy and female sexual function are concerned across the board. But I got too depressed. The problem was more pervasive than I ever could have imagined.

Honestly my doctor was supposedly selected carefully by my father, who is a plastic surgeon. My doctor was recommehded as the best OB/GYN surgeon by the head of the department. However, he was not trained to do these surgeries, had only done 2 procedures before mine, and did not know the anatomy. I remember when I asked him what my labia minora were for, he shrugged.
I think if your labia minora are really a significant physical problem for you, you should know there are doctors who can safely perform these surgeries. Dr. Michael Goodman is one. I just think no matter what people need to realize surgery carries risks and I think with this, many patients are just misinformed about what is normal.
I can also post porn stars with big labia on my tumblr blog. XD
