Hi,
I have a large red mark on the underside of my penis which i at first thought was unrrelated to masterbation but now am all but totally convinced after eliminating the other possiblities. the skin has become thinner in this area and therefore redder. now to the point where it is really very dark and instantly noticable. because of time i always masterbate without lubricant and this red area seems to be where the gaps under my knuckles (as my hand is curled around my penis) are causing dry friction against my shaft. Any sugggestions as how to regrow my skin or heal it back to normal. It has been getting like this for a few years now!
Thanks!

don't masturbate for a few weeks. I know it's hard, but it should heal and trust me, if you don't masturbate for a few weeks and you do it again, it's amazing. If it dosen't heal go to doctor or to family, don't be embarassed.

The discolored skin is not unusual, and it is probably more noticeable to you than to anyone else. Yes, it is probably caused by the friction from masturbation, and you will need to give it some time to heal. You can support regrowth of the penile skin by adding a penis nutrient cream (health professionals recommend Man1 Man Oil) with vitamins that are needed for reforming collagen and restoring the skin’s natural elasticity.
