Here's the situation: My boyfriend and I had protected sex after my last period. We used condom and he didn't even finish inside. Two weeks later, I went on a 2-week trip and when I returned, I had a big stomach flu. I had diarrhea and was throwing up for a few days. I went to hospital and was told it was a stomach flu.
By then, it was already 4 weeks and a few more days since my last period started. Now I'm fully recovered and it's been a week since I returned from my trip. My period is still not here even though it's been 5 weeks and 2 days since my last period started.
Is this a late period caused by my stomach flu or is there a chance I'm pregnant?!? :S

You sound sure that you were protected, so I wouldn't be too worried about being pregnant. Unless the condom broke? It's common for periods to come late.
