hey im 16 and i would like to know whats going on with me. When i jack off sometimes my left testicle begins to slowly make its way into me almost and as i get nearer and nearer to orgasm it goes further in and unless i hold it in place during orgasm it will go into me but i will be able to see where it is and just push it back into my sack with a little resistance, often when this happens after orgasm i will feel pain for brief periods of time in the lower stomache area on the left side, any ideas of what this might be?

i have sort of the same problem, my left nut goes up into me before orgasm and its always the one that i cum out of. i dont know why my right nut never goes up but id like to find out.

It is normal for your testicles to rise just before you ejaculate. You don't really only "cum out of" only one.
