I'm 15 and masturbate multiple times a week (started when I was 10/11 years old). Recently (past few weeks) I've noticed that when I start masturbating, my left testicle becomes very sensitive and even aches a bit. After ejaculation this fades quite quickly. It's happening every time. I checked them and as far as I can tell, there isn't any swelling or bruising. I am not sexually active (obviously) so it definitely can't be an STI. Any ideas?
