Here is the story. My girlfriend and I have been together for about 7 months now. She has never had sex with a guy, and I have... well, I recently got tested for every STD under the moon, all came back negative and I had a normal pap smear... (i had tested positive for HPV though in 2006, and chlamydia later the same year) but both were treated, and no both are gone.
My girlfriend has been getting pinkish discharge, every time we have sex. Even when we do heavy grinding (no oral and no finger penetration) she will orgasm, then later that day or the next day.. have a weird smelling pink discharge, tender breasts, moodiness, and abdominal pain.
It is almost impossible for her to be pregnant (which is what searches have come up with) but the STD factor percentage is pretty low.
Any ideas on what this could be?? Neither of us have health insurance... would planned parenthood be able to test for something more serious than an STD??

If I see you on Oprah Winfrey then I will know that it is truley a miracle if you girlfreind is pregnant!!!!! ;-) XD What I REALLY think it is, is a yeast infection. The pink is an indicator of blood, and if it smells - THAT is a huge indicator of infection. I know in the lesbian community that the chances of STD's are so minimal it is virtually non existent. So that is why I believe it is more a common thing than a un common! The only thing I AM concerned about is are you both monagomous!!!!!? If so then my bets are that your girlfriend should get a pack of 7 day Monistat. IF you think she isn't monagomous! And perhaps might have been unfaithful, then you both need to go to the Family Planning clinic OK? Because then the likely hood of her having an STD is huge. If she has never been with a man, her chances of being pregnant - with out invetro that is - is less than 0%. I am just concerned about STD's. But like I say with everyone, go for the obvious 1st, then work your way up. DON'T start at the top and work your way down. The only thing I can think about - other than an STD - would be a cycstic ovary, which usually presents itself after sex (due to increased hormones). But pretty sure it's good old yeast infection. Good luck to both of you!

Yeah, that is what I was figuring.. either that or BV. but the smelliness is more of a mustiness, not fishy, and she has no itchiness!!
I am concerned about a possible false negative regarding my HPV test 1 month ago.. I was never fully diagnosed with HPV or Chlamydia, both were just assumed, because i had strange bumps, and I had had sex with someone who tested positive with chlamydia) I know I know.. lucky me.
But, can a pap smear not show outside HPV cells? Do they have to swab the bumps?
And is it possible to get skin tags on the lips of the outer vagina?

OK! Now you have started to concern me! When you are talking about "tags" that are on the outer vagina!!!!!!!! If this is on you, you need to get tested for and STD - dont focus on the HPV - if it came back negative then it probably is a mute point. The skin tags concern me though. A vagina is a vagina!!! There is usually very little variance on that. So if someone has ALWAYS had tags, that's one thing, if it just became apparent then that's a HUGE flag. Due to the amount of STD's take a look at one of the sites that shows pictures of the different ones. Just to rule that out. ALSO a yeast infection doesn't have to be fishy or itchy!! I remember once having trouble with intercourse, went to my Gyn/OB and he said "OOH that looks painful!!!!" I was like o.O he stated that I had a MAJOR yeast infection and my entire vagina was red swollen and sore. I was pretty surprised, but low and behold after a week of treatment no more problems. The problem about sexual health informationa and ESPECIALLY mis information, is that people think of one thing when they hear something. Such as fishy, discharge, itching - for a yeast infection. STD's being a certain type, only getting pregnant while unprotected etc. So the only thing that can help, IS the correct information. Definitely get tested - both of you that is! And have a real heart to heart about what is happening right now in your relationship. Either of you OR both of you HAVE to come clean IF there has been infidelity. Your health relies on that honesty. Get tested, get the facts and get the truth. I wish you both all the luck and health in the world. Please keep me updated!
