Lots of girls get those same symptoms a week or so before their period. Lots of articles tell you that there's a chance you can get pregnant off of pre-cum as well, but the chances are pretty miniscule. I wouldn't stress about it if I were you, especially because if you stress, that can delay your period, which in-turn leads to more stress. Just take a deep breath & stop stressing about it.
