Aug 31 was the first day of my last normal cycle and on July 16 I started to spot.. then light bleeding not enough to fill a pad but I did change pads even though they werent full.

Hello there! I am really needing help on this .. I had my last period aug 6 2015.. There usually some what on time.. Took uh hpt but it was negative :( but lately ive been having mild headaches that would come & go, cramps like im gona start! & kinda moody as well.. My period tracker says my next expected period was post to be on the 3rd of this month . & that im 21 days late .. Idk what to think! Please help!!
