Ok, for the past 8 months or so I've had bleeding and a sharp cutting pain with 90% of my bowel movements. I do have hemorrhoids but thought an anal fissure was more the culprit here. Saw three different doctors, had an anoscope and a sigmoidoscopy which showed nothing out of the ordinary, and my doctor doesn't know what it is but doesn't think it's anything to be too concerned about since the tests came back good. But now, anytime I'm on my feet for hours on end at work, it feels sweaty and chapped down there and if I go wope there's a TINY bit of blood, even without a bowel movement. Can being on your feet all day cause bleeding even without a bowel movement? It almost feels like it's th buttcrack itself; it feels all chapped and raw but when I look at it in a morror it looks fine. Just getting a little concerned that it's happening without a bowel movement. And it's never more than a drop or so mixed with sweat. Sorry, sounds gross, I know.
