Everywhere I have lived (military family) I have had sunlight and done well but this is my second time in a location where there is little light and lots of rain and I feel my mental health going down-hill. I am normally an energetic, highly motivated person but in places with little sun I become the biggest slug. I like to be busy so this kills me. I feel like I am in a partial hybernation state and all I want to do is eat and sleep. Last time I lived in an area without alot of sun I gained over 30 lbs and that is just not the norm for me. I am REALLY struggling now. I have used supplements that are supposed to help with mood and light deprivation and they don't work. I ahve boughta nd used the blue lights and they also do not work. It does help to exercise BUT I am having the ahdet time just getting the motivation. Any suggestions please?!!
