I have a rather emarrassing problem, that is now becoming painful at times. I am now 57 years of age. Short history, I have always had above average sized testicles, then when about 35 they were getting larger around 2" but with little to no pain, then in the last 8 years it has gone to almost 2.5" and painful when applying moderate pressure, mostly at the base of the testicle. when 35 they did an ultrasound, and said that blood flow was fine to good, I had a doctor that looked at them when around 40 say, that since I have had a vasectomey, that my body was trying to produce more sperm than my body could absorb. While not totally disfunctional, it is painful at times when having intercourse and can cause the loss of erection, and due to the swelling reduces the length of the shaft. Two questions, can this be corrected and will I still be able to ejaculate? And, Is there anything I can do on my own do reduce size and pain?

do some research on "torsed" testicle. might be it..I personally had testicular cancer and one thing they did is shined a light behind the testicle..since it did not shine through, they pretty much diagnosed me that way...thats not a sure way to check...but i guess if they could have seen through it they would have looked at other optioins.
