I am working out and watching every little thing I put into my mouth. In the last two months I'v lost about two inches in my stomach which is what I'm targeting and I'v gained almost three pounds. I would like to know if there is anything different I could be doing or if this is just the way my body works?

I have been working on my weight for about three years now and have lost over 80 pounds rather slowly.

You are working out and muscle weighs more than fat so your body is probably doing what it should.  Quit looking at the scale and look instead at the mirror.  Good Job!
