Dear Sanji: I don't want to scare you but I would really like you to go get checked out by a doctor. I think it could either have to do with your prostate or something with your lower vertabrae! I would think that the doctor should send you for an ultrasound/xray/MRI, there is something to do with a trapped nerve or even a larged prostrate - even though this is usually has to do with urinary problems - so I am leaning more towards a trapped nerve or a bulging disc on a nerve. Our entire spine contains vertabrae, discs, nerves etc. So when anything goes wrong there we have symptoms throughout our bodies depending on where the injury is. I have a feeling it is a pinched nerve or bone spur in your sacrum. So please go get checked out by a doctor OK? And let me know how it goes. In the mean time when you are resting try and raise your legs on a couple of pillows etc, just to keep that weight off of your lower back. He might have to give you an internal exam, just to rule out anything going on inside your rectum or your prostate OK? Good luck hon!

i have been curious for a while now, looking into having circumcision done but not under any medical conditions. im 20 years of age and have looked into the the possibility of having it done. however, i do believe u have to pay a fee to have it done (if its not deemed a medical precaution) and was put off by having to pay a fee. i have researched other ways beyond circumcision and one of the ways is foreskin retraction where having the foreskin pulled back at all times. this is something i want doing and is there ways of having your foreskin pulled back at all times without being circumcised, any idea's would be welcome.

Hi what you are talking about IS in essence circumsion it is called Forced Foreskin Retraction. And you will have to pay just the same. If you find someone that will tighten the foreskin under the head of the penis, then I would hazzard that they are quaks! And you also have to worry about scar tissue and actually being in worse shape than you could ever imagine. Some men have such tight foreskins that they cannot retract them, and need surgery for that. It is a painful procedure as is circumcision. And because of your age, know that there are significant risks involved in being circumsized or having Forced Foreskin Retraction procedures. Can I ask why you want this to be done, if it has nothing to do with medical reasons?

Having looked at the forced foreskin retraction procedure, its not something i have looked at paying for as i have read upon ways that you can do it yourself and ensure that your foreskin is retracted at all times. one way i read upon was every time your foreskin comes forward then just pull it back and eventually it will learn to stay back. Reasoning for wanting this done is mainly down to preferring to having it retracted, it looks better, as well as a lot cleaner. Is there much difference in price between having circumcision done and the Forced Foreskin Retraction done?

Hi hon: Yes it fits with either a prostrate problem or something to do with your spine. ALSO it can have to do with a REALLY bad bladder or UTI, infection. So please get checked out by a doctor OK? They will do a urine test on you 1st, to see if it is an infection then probably an internal exam. Let me know how you make out OK? Good luck and health!

I have done quite a bit of research for you and found this VERY interesting site, I am not a doctor Sanji, and when you are dealing with spine or nerve pain there are MANY different reasons why this occurs.
