I am in day 3 of my lortab withdrawl. I was taking between 6-10 of the 5/500 a day. Before this I was taking tramadol for about 3 months, about 6-8 of these a day. I haven't taken the tramadol in about 2 weeks as these were replaced with the lortab. I don't feel all that bad, just a numbness in my head, no energy and having a little trouble sleeping. I took the lortab for about 3 weeks. I stopped cold turkey and was just wondering is the worst over or yet to come? Please help!!!

I am in day 2 of being off, I have anxiety, can't sleep, depression bc I am hiding this from everyone and can't believe I did this to myself, embarrsssd to do detox professionally so everyone if something worked for you, to sleep with anxiety etc please give me all the tips in the world, I need support from someone bc nobody knows about it ....... I am strong and I'm gonna do this, lord willing !
