I saw this book about losing weight, but I am skeptical. Flushing fat ???...is it really going to help me losing dreaded tummy fat? Anyone knows what I ma talking about?

I know what you mean. It’s a diet program and a fitness guide in one and I like it a lot because the basis for the exercise regimen is bouncing on a mini-trampoline! It tells us how to lose that dreaded tummy fat and we learned that this "inside-out-body workout" targets the lymphatic system, detoxifying our bodies at the same time. I have got a big hope in this book to get rid of our own tummy fat and get healthier at the same time.
