hey guys!

ive been a runner for quite some time now. I just completed my junior year of high school and am going to be a senior next year. I ran track and field my previous 2 years. Ive been a pretty good runner but one thing has been bothering me so much, tummy fat. ive been running for a while but i cant seem to get rid of it. Its just like a layer of fat. Any tips on how to get rid of it?
