I woke up this morning with really bad lower abdominal pain on my right side, i have had pains for the past few days wich i just assumed were period pains. I've been having back ache for a few days now aswell, and slight vaginal bleeding wich i just assumed was a period, i use the mini pill (POP) and i am worried this may be an ectopic pregnancy? Should i be worried? or is their something else it could be?

Hi honey! It could be a couple of things - a period coming on, an Ovarian Cyst, Apendix, OR an etopic pregnancy! So IF the pain continues or becomes more intense then I would want you to go to the hospital! As if it is either an etopic pregnancy or appendix then you will have to get immediate help! Perhaps take a pregnancy test just to see - as an etopic pregnancy will still have the pregnancy hormones!
