I've had a very large lump appear in the last few days underneath my left vaginal lip. I've been hiking, kayaking and swimming over the past couple of weeks...could this be some kind of pulled groin muscle??

I had a lump around the same area you're referring to. It was pretty strange...the lump seemed to throb and have its own heart beat. I was able to pinch it and when i did so the lump would separate and then collect again. I went to the gyno and he said it was a cyst. He had to lance it and remove the liquid. It has been 8 years...no problem since. I suggest you get it checked out to be on the safe side.
