I'm two weeks post bilateral varicocelectomy. My incision is healing nicely and I don't have any pain in my scrotum (I never did actually - I got the surgery because of low sperm count and poor sperm health). But the problem is, I have a large bump on the left side of the base of my penis. It's painful when I have an erection. I can't have sex. Even receiving oral sex is painful. The doctor said it should go away within 4 weeks... it's been two weeks and it has not reduced in size at all. I don't know why this is happening because the penis itself should not have been touched for this surgery. Is it scar tissue? Am I worried for nothing?
