If a dog has a lump on its leg that he won't let you touch so it is obviously painful to him, does that mean the leg is broken at all times? Or do you think something else could be wrong with him as well, that's not a broken bone? Please give me suggestions. It's my three year old dog's leg back leg, actually, if that helps.

Could very well be a calcium build up. If it is squishy like , it is a calcium build up. If its hard and does not move, get it checked out.
