There is a lump right on the area of my "G-spot." I always thought it was part of me, because of how perfectly placed it was right in the middle, (not being on the side or anything.) After I got a little older (it's been about 3 years) I started to realize that this is not normal. I've done some looking around online and I think it might be a cyst. It's size is bigger than a pea, but smaller than a cherry, and about the consistency of a water balloon. It's only attached by part of the cyst, and hangs like a water balloon attached by the end.
I'm 18, and very healthy, so I'm pretty sure it is not cancer related. (But you never know).
It really doesn't bother me that much, expect for a VERY slight discomfort when inserting a tampon, and in some sexual encounters with my partner. And seems to get easily irritated. But I've never had any problems with infections or anything like that

I currently have this issue as well and discovered it about three to four weeks ago. I’ve never had this and just like you said I don’t think it’s cancer either but you never know! However I’ve been having a hard time finding anything about this issue. It also doesn’t bother me but it has grown to where it covers the entire entrance of my vaginal opening. I hope you’re able to figure it out as I am also trying to figure this out and I will be going to my OB GYN. If I find anything out I will try my best to update my post!

UPDATE:
So i went to an OB/GYN just yesterday (01/4/22) and the doc had his suspicions but wasn’t quite sure. He reassured me that it wasn’t a tumor or cancer, however he was going to refer to a Urogynecologist (that’s a urologist/gynecologist meshed together as a specialty) and she told me that what I have is a prolapsed uterine. So my uterus has prolapsed through my uterine. I was stunned because I am a 29 yr old female that has never been pregnant before and do plan to have kiddos eventually. She stated the prolapse may occur due to heavy lifting, constipation creating too much straining, pregnancy, and how a woman can push too hard, overweight/underweight and various of other factors (just named a few). So she told me that at this point I have to do kegels to strengthen my pelvic floor. But that there isn’t much she can do for me because a hysterectomy (removal of uterus) would be the only way to fix that bulge I have in my vaginal canal however due to my age and me wanting to have kids is not an option for me. Perhaps once I am done having kids that can be an option but as far as right now there isn’t much I can do other than kegels to strengthen my pelvic floor and losing more weight as weight is a contributing factor that could worsen the prolapse. I am not obese but I am a still a bit overweight (152lbs 5’2). I do recommend all to seek professional medical care because the sooner one can find out what’s the issue the sooner we can all find solutions to prevent further complications.
