I dunno if mine is a different thing to anybody elses because mine isn't hard :S
It feels like an area of raised foreskin. I can push it in and it looks normal but then it comes out again, when I roll my foreskin back it becomes very prominent. It feels just like a balloon! There is nothing hard about it whatsoever, it raises about a quarter of a milimeter from the shaft but makes my penis bend strangely. When erect it sticks out about 5mm from my shaft, it's usually half an inch to an inch long. It has the same sort of texture as a vein in your arm. I think I'll just quit jacking for a while and take some hot baths and see how it goes. I don't wanna take any medication and if it's still there after 2 months ill see a doc.

this is an old thread, but i have had this for a month now!! Some of you saying just lay off for 2 weeks and its gone, is not the case for me. Its been 4 weeks and has shown no sign of going down, i may of masturbated 3 times out of the month. The lumps appeared after masturbation, out of nowhere.
Mine are at the base, one next to the dorsal vein, another to the side, both on a chord like thing, hard lump. Ive been taking ibprof. daily, taking baths and putting warm, wet towel over it. I take vitamins everyday and exercise, but nothing is working. Its really hard to not have sex or masturbate, especially at the month mark. Is this ever gonna go away, can i have a sex life anymore?
I dont have health insurance so cant go see a DR. This is a nightmare.

3weeks ago i noticed this softish fatty feeling lump about the size of a little bean just under the skin of my shaft...
on the leftside...... and as your all said i noticed it after i gave it a beating....
iv been single this summer and so iv been beating the poor thing to death.....
and i mean heavyweight beatings.......multiple per day.....cant even help my self...
and when im soft,,,,,i tant even find the lump. its only there when im hard.
and theres no feeling to it....no pain....
i was set to go see a doc.....but aparently its normal or at least not dangerous....

Yeah,I have been quite worried about this for sometime now,Just around the base of the knob basically where the foreskin covers is a group of bumps,they are hard but painless,sometimes they are there,sometimes they go away,really starting to freak me out.

yeh i have had this for about a year. i have tried stopping any type of activity that could aggravate for 2 months but it didn't seem to go. i can't afford health insurnace so i can't see a doctor. what should i do? someone earlier said that they popped it but that might be dangerous and i dont want my penis going wrong.
