It is absulutly nothing Guys , the formation of the lump is from germs,. My advise is keep the genitial areas clean, avoid sexual activity and masturbation. for a very long time, if you guys havent noticed i suggest you guys chek your lower back i garantee there is lumps forming there and around the betweens of the biceps and forearms its nodes. But if the painless lumps persist best way to overcome this is by cupping, and the best method of cupping is heat cupping, it looks nasty and dangerouse but when its performed by a practioner its painless and easyily the problems of lumps and warts are fixed. hope this helps.

I am 17 years old and I do masturbate a few times a week, recently I noticed a small bump on my penile chaft on my left side, it feels like a pea or BB pellet and it moves around a little but always goes back into place, it's really noticeable when I'm erect and I am rather worried, it doesn't hurt, ich or have any redness or signs of puss it just feels like a hard BB pellet or something just under the skin of my penis, not the forskin but under the skin on the shaft. if anyone ahs any idea as to what this is or if it will go away in due course please let me know, I don't want to have to go to the dr or ask my parents what's wrong especially if it is masturbation related...

I've got a hard lump on the left side of my penis, its BB sized and hard. Present when erect or not. Its right next to a big main 'dorsel' vein, on the rim of the penis glan. I cant see what colour it is because my foreskin isn't retractable, but I'm currently using cream to help this problem (not that it seems to be improving, unfortuntely). Its been there for months and not improved or worsened. Im worried because I'm 28 years old and obviously am scared of lumps being cancer, like everyone else. I'd like to think its linked with the big vein, but feel its more co-incidental than an explaination. I'm incredibly worried about this, and don't believe for one moment its simply due to 'rough' fondling.

Hi, I have a slightly different problem. I have this bump about 8x8 mm area on the tip of the penis. It looks like in that area the skin might be thinner and this slightly more coloured bump apears every time I have an erection, especially at orgasm while measturbating. I'm a bit subconscious about it and I am ashamed of going to see a doctor. I have it for a long time, I'm 28 and it becomes less visible while erect if i hadn't had sexual activity, but when the activity is frequent, the lump becomes more visible. Id does not hurt, bleed or feel hard. It just is a bit raised from the normal skin and slightly more fleshy coloured. Did any of you have or had something like it, should I get checked by a medic ?

as you might imagine, for this type of problem it is not possible for me to make an exact diagnosis over the internet because of the inability to do a physical examination.  However, I shall try to help you. The chance of this being cancer is zero.  Thrombosis of a penile vein or lymphatic vessel always presents as a firm lump that is mildly tender so it is unlikely to be this.  At any rate if it was, they go away on their own.  To follow is a "macro" i have written on penile lymphatic thrombosis but the statements also apply to thrombosis of a penile vein.

What you are describing probably does not represents a thrombosis (clot) of a penile vein or lymphatic vessel.   Lymphatics are tissue vessels that are present all over the body connecting lymph nodes.  It is a distinctly separate system from blood vessels (arteries and veins).  Rather than blood, they carry an opaque fluid called lymph.   Their function is to keep the tissues healthy by filtering out harmful substances (such as bacteria, viruses, tumor cells, etc.) and enhancing immunity.  Sometimes during sexual activity, the lymphatics get bruised resulting in subsequent clot formation.   One notices a firm, often finely beaded vessel under the skin of the penis that is mildly tender.  This is not a dangerous condition and the clot resolves on its own in a few weeks unless there is recurrent trauma to the area.  Therefore, sexual activity should be curtailed until healing has occurred. When you resume sex, use a good lubricant and try to avoid excessive trauma to the penis.

I suspect what you are noting is a normal but prominent penile vein.  These are typically soft, can vary with your position as related to gravity, & disappear with erection.  If you are still concerned, the only way a proper diagnosis can be established is to see a urologist in consultation.   Good luck.

Its an inflammation in your lymph tissue. You have a Chanel of lymphs going throughout your body. Big and small. When the big ones in your neck get swollen you get sick or have a cough or get a soar throat. That's why the doctor examines your neck. However there is also small lymph tissue in your penis that can get swollen and enlarge with strenuous sexual activity for prolonged periods of time, or surplus masturbation. That's why when you stopped being sexually active for a while you've given your lymph time to heal. It's perfectly normal and you could try some ibuprofen to reduce the swelling.

I am wondering what exactly I have. I am not sick nor having fever or flu symptos. I had unprotected sex with a guy. A couple days later a few small blisters formed in between my foreskin and right under the head of my penis. I did squeeze them and it seemed like little clear gel came out. They seemed to be healing up but now a couple days later it seems as if thay are now white in color (which may be by the color of the light or angle held up to the light). The irritation has gone away and there are no open sores. However if I stretch the skin and touch the white bumps it is painful. Any suggestions? Also i do not know it this has anything to do with it. It may have been there before and I just noticed it because of my paying attention to the blister like bumps, but on the shaft of my penis there is under the skin a tiny, smaller then a pea, little bump definitely under the skin. It does not hurt but if I feel around I can find it. Like I said no sick symptoms, no pain when urinating, no discharge, no fever, etc. I have been applying neosporin to the little now white bumps seems to be helping a little but its now going on 9 days since I first noticed them. I am being HIV/AIDS tested tomorrow and then have my annual physical next Thursday. I have googled, and done research. seen pix of STD's etc. But none it fits description. I thought at first it ay be herpes. I do have pictures but I am at lost of what it is
