Lump on right side of neck

i had the same thing no pain,after 5 years the doctor talked me into getting a biopsy, the only reason i went for the biopsy was because the lump was so big i could see it just by looking in the mirror! so it was positive,went for chemo and radiation treatment,to make a long story short after 7 week the dr said you only have 5 more days of treatment left, i had been complaining to him about the sore throat i got the 3 week and it was really bad now,so when i got home i had red marks under my collar bones and scabs,so i waited 3 days thinking if would go away,after the 3 days i went to the hospital,they put me on antibiotics for 4 time a day for 6 day,i felt great but after i left the sore come back in 4 days,i had never had a sore throat until 3 weeks of treatment i would like to beat the cancer dr with a bat,it has been 4 months ,they give you chemo for what? so your immune system is very low,now i have many problems , i only had the lump until treatment,when i was in the hospital i had to wear a mask,that how low my immune system was,i now have many problems i never had before FTW

my child, 8 years old has a lump on both sides of her neck with little ones surrounding them. they have only been present for 4 days, but for everyone who is hesitant on going to their doctor please dont. She was diagnosed with stage 2 leukemia today. No parent wants to here that about their child please go get help.

 

exactly the same, feels like my neck is swollen. what did the doctor say?

I went to the GP approx 4 weeks ago with a lump to the right of my neck which sat just above my collar bone, dont know how long it had been there.. GP did a full examination and stated I also had a lump in my right breast an urgent referral was completed and 2 weeks later I saw a breast consultan and a haemtologist, had a mamagram, ultrasound, chest xray and bloods taken. The mamagram showed no lump to my breast. The ultrasound showed 4 lumps to the right of my neck one lump being 3.5cms and another lump to the left of my neck. The only other symptoms i have is very itchy skin. Last week I under went a biopsy to remove the bigger lump from my neck which has left me with a 3inch scar, which Im not that bothered about, but the waiting for the results is begining to stress me out. Tried to push the hospital yesterday for results with no effect. Has anyone else had the same symptoms?... One day I think everything is going to be fine then another day I think the worst. They said it would take 7- 14 days for the results. I dont even know how I will get the results.......

I'm 16 & I just noticed a small lump on the back of my neck closer to the right. It's about 3/4 of an inch, almost an inch big. No pain or discomfort

i have a lump on the right hand side of my neck for the past 7yrs and its never caused harm. i go once a year to my Physician for a check up and he runs some blood test to make sure that my thyroid are normal. I am not sure what else I should do as this has grown a bit since.

is there any other test that i can go for that can point out what this lump is all about?  

72 YO F - just found egg-yolk sized limp right side of me between ear and bottom of neck.  Sore to touch.  Hard fall less than 1 week ago and landed on left shoulder, left hip, jerked neck.  Also spent  ore than regular # of hours on computer.  Did spa soak, sprayed/massaged pain rub in.  Lump dispersed but. Ow is more elongated, quite sore, and have headache in right eye - which I have often.  Smelling vinegar or Mineral  Ice muscle rub helps end the headache along with exercises in spa and fast walk- breath deep.  This is day #2 of noting lump.  Have read peoples experiences on this site and wondering --- is this trauma related or infection related as I also had a sore mouth several weeks ago for a week
