For the past month maybe longer I have noticed a swollen lymph node above my collarbone with pain deep in my throat/neck it feels weird so unusual because I've never felt this before. The pain radiates all the way down my right arm and stops at about my elbow. The pain in my neck is like deep within the right side of my throat it almost feels like a sharp cramp. I also had pain in my right ear and that the radiates to my head giving me a headache its just so unusual its hard to describe. I am 20 years old I visited my primary doctor which prescribed me a Z-pack and then sent me over to an ENT which felt my neck and said it is probably just a viral infection and not to worry unless they get bigger than a knuckle, but I can't believe this would be lasting so long like it has. But this pain is so unusual and all these symptoms seem to be occurring on the right side of my body. Day after day I stress wondering why I can't be a healthy 20 year old and live my life without worrying about death. Ever since I could remember I have always been constantly clearing my throat feeling like there is mucus and sometimes I do get some up and lately I noticed small blackish/grey circles like mucus in the salava when I clear my throat real deep to get it up I have NEVER had something like this before. And just over the past few days I've developed this lump under my tounge i don't know how to explain it but its very weird and this lump occurs on the right side. I demanded to my mother today I need to go see the doctor again and I want to demand an ultrasound or something to be done to get my mind off this because all these stress is killing me at my age. I guess this is my cry out for help and anybody who can help me answer this haunting health issue would be a life saver.

Not to worry you unncecasarily, but I would make an appointment with your doctor and have your lungs checked, asap!
