hi im a 16 year old male and i have discovered a small hard lump on the bottom of my right testicle i cant gt my fingers on the lump to detect if it hurts or not i am going to the doctors tonight but i am dredding him saying ''you have got testicular cancer'' its a tiny lump smaller than a bb pellet can anyone help
