I have some odd swelling or lump on the left side of my penis. When I get an erection most it seems to disappear except for what feels sort of like a raised vein on the lower part of the foreskin.

I noticed it a few weeks ago when I was masturbating. It hurt to go over it with my hand but I kept going until I reached an orgasm then I checked it out.

I've had it for a few weeks no and masturbated a few times while I had it. I browsed the internet for awhile looking for similar stories that might provide some insight into what it is and I found this site.

I'm 15 and a virgin so it's safe to rule out an STD. Naturally this is scaring the hell out of me so does someone have any thoughts as to what this might be?
