Hello I am 15 years old i noticed a lump under my left armpit. It seems to be a little less than an inch large. It is shaped like an oval, it feels hard. If i try to push it a little it moves but doesn't slide around. The lump also hurts. Please help me thank you.

It could be a swollen lymph node. That is usually due to an infection or illness but it can also be related to an allergy. While not likely it can also indicate cancer.
It really should be checked.
