Not always as easy as nothing to worry about. If it is not painful resting should clear this up. If it is sore and persists and is particularly prevalent then it can be scar tissue forming. Don't want to worry anyone or cause anxiety. also don't expec much from urologists apaet from them telling you that it's "in your head" or "it's normal".

I start Jerking off like 2 days ago (I’m 12) and now I have a vein looking lump (it doesn’t go around fully) I’m too afraid to tell my parents that I’ve been jerking off and worried if the lump is penile cancer. Does it hurt when u pee and puss white . And is it a vein under the corona? I kno it’s very painful and it swells under head witch huts to wear tight pants . Clymydia says it pusses and swells but also has no symptoms as bad as every one talking about. So it’s not clymydia or gohnarrea. I feel that it wasn’t the hard sex I think it was being erected and some how the inflammation happend. But sounds like the same but just pussed a few times witch had to keep really clean but hard to know because I got one with no sex and no maturbation I feel the morning boner did it plus I’m over my 30s! Question is is yours pussing and is that normal for that symptom inflammation?

How old are you?
I just noticed a similar issue and was searching on line to see WTF??? I have almost the same as you described. One feels like a fn skittle near the surface of my penis, but it doesn't protrude, so even tho it's near the surface of the underside, its definitely on the inner side. It feels like i can move it around a bit, and its not really painful, but i do feel when i have an erection. If this wasnt enough to play in traffic, after I discovered this fabulous skittle, which feels like a hard lymph node, I found a larger flat round one more on the top side that kinda goes through the main vein area and it's probably about the size of a dime or a little smaller and feels about as thick as a nickel. The only thing that I could find was something called peyronies disease, but they say these lumps are accompanied by curvature of the penis. Thank God I don't have a candy cane penis - yet...just a skittle nickledimer - super. Idk, I am experiencing some of the other symptoms so I'm definitely going to a Dr asap. I'm sure it will be a blast. I'm not sure what I did to deserve this one. The reason I asked about age is because it seems to be more concentrated to older +40 yr old men. I wish you luck because it sucks. I'll try to post a follow up after talking to a Dr.
