I'm 19 years old. Around 4-5 years ago I was kicked in my...treasured area. Don't know if this is related or not, but anyways...
At around that time I noticed this scar on my penis shaft. Going from under the penis head and don the shaft, ends near the scrotum. idnt think much of it back then.
Around a year and a half ago I really noticed it. It's quite big. It's around the size of a finger. During an erection, the "scar" is semi soft/hard.It also makes the penis bend to left (tho it's still quite flexible and doesn't hurt when turn sideways to stay in the middle by hand or during intercourse)
When the penis is not erect, the tissue shrink and becomes really soft. There's a pinching sensation if I press on it harder. It looks as if the scar is always changing. Sometimes it can grow really big even if the penis is not erect. Other times, the "scar" shrinks so much, that you can't even see it's there.
The things that got me really worried are:
1.There are these few really visible veins that go near it and they're really visible. Also, there's this main vain that goes alongside it. It's quite big and it ends in a sort of "crossroad" fashion and the entire area is blue.
2. There's an itching sensation after an erection. It's not huge, but it's there. Also really mild pinching sensation. It doesn't happen all of the time, only when there are consecutive erections in a row (2-3 in a course of an hour or two)
3. The "scar" keeps changing in size, like i stated before. Sometimes it's just GIGANTIC (literaly, the size and girth of a full grown finger), sometimes you can't even see it on the shaft.
And 4. I never really did find out what it is. It started creeping me out abit. I did show it to my parents half a year ago or so. They're doctors (not urologists, but still) and they say it's ust plaque and i'm worrying too much. Obviously, we didnt discuss it in depth since it was highly awakrd, but they said, that if it's something bad, I would either have erection problems or huge pain (I have neither).
I'm still quite worried...Also lately, after a bigger erection and ejaculation, this lump appears under the head of the penis, right next to the scar. It dissapears in abut 12 hours and when i massage it abit. Could it be related with the lymph system?
