hey i was wondering if anyone could give me an idea of what i have. about a 2 weeks ago i found 2 small lumps on my sack not testicles. they where at the time very small. Today i find they the grew about double in size and now their is a third one that is very very tiny. I was sexually active with one partner for the past year. during the time these lumps begin to grow i did not have sex of any kind for about 3 months due to a brake up and still haven't had sex with anyone. the lumps don't hurt or itch they are skin ton in color and look like well just raised skin nothing more then that. I do work in a kitchen 12 hours a day and i do sweat a lot. could this be a issue of not shower as often as i should since i am standing in a kitchen for most my day or could this be a possible STD. if anyone has any ideas it would be very helpful since i do not have insurance. thanks.
