I am a 52 years old, female.  When I was about 25 years old I got on a rollercoaster with 3 loops, when I got off the ride I WAS NEVER THE SAME!! My balance was off and i was constantly lightheaded.  I have seen many doctors, all types of doctors. Done many tests, all types of tests.  Given many meds, all types of med...get my drift?  It has been a very scary, depressing, frustrating journey for me.  Fast forward 27 years later, i finally found a neurologist that diagnosed me with mal Dr debarquement syndrome.  She LISTENED to me and didn't disregard the fact that the rollercoaster ride was the culprit.   I am trying valium and I hope it helps.  By the way, have been working full time with this and people cannot relate or understand this invisible illness.  Frustrated but hopeful in NY.
