Many people are concerned with what's happening to them , I thought I'd post that it's depersonalization. It gives you a sense of being in a dream all day everyday. There is no cure; it may stick with you from a few days to few months and even your entire life. It's unfortunate that they use laziness as a reason not to get people to smoke on the Ads however this is much worse.

There was a movie made where this happened to the main character. The movie is entitled 'Numb'.
