I quit marijuana on January 31st, 2008. I smoked a little bit that night and i was high for about four days....yes four days. I know the weed I smoked was not laced with anything because I smoked with a friend and he was sober in thirty minutes. But anyway, I started smoking occasionally in December of 2006 and stopped in May of 2007 because I was went to India for the summer. Then when I returned back to the States in August, I started toking it up again in September. I was smoking at least once a day just for social purposes. I wanted to meet new people. Then my dad caught me smoking in my room on March 10th of 2008. I had to quit then and I didn't have any withdrawals at all. I was perfectly fine. But then I started smoking again on August of 2008 and I only was smoking once a couple days until January 31st.

Right now it has been about three months and the fourth month would be starting tomorrow since I took my last hit. I have had severe withdrawal symptoms like anxiety, panic attacks, tremor, nausea, fatigue, memory loss, tinnitus and last but not lease insomnia. Severe Insomnia. I still suffer from a little anxiety and insomnia. I can go to sleep for five or six hours one night but the next night I can only got to sleep for about three hours. I want to know if anybody out there has been suffering like me? all of my symptoms have subsided except a little bit of tinnitus is left and a little bit of anxiety with tremor as well. But this insomnia thing is like a bug in the back of my head just killing my brain slowly. I just can't take it anymore. I am working out like two hours a day and I burn almost an average of 200 calories per day. I have an average body so I am not super fat or super skinny. I have been drinking a lot of Nonnis (an hawaiian herb) and cranberry juice and water. I stopped fast food and restaurants as well and have been eating veggies a lot. Can anybody tell me if my insomnia will ever go away? I just want to get through it because I have a lot of responsibilities ahead which need more attention than these annoying withdrawals.

Im a month + in and my symptoms are still strong. Stomach pains come and go, atrocious insomnia, bad anxiety all day, and ridiculously retarded dreams.

For me it's always worse late at night and right when I wake up in the morning.

Just want it all to end:(
