ive been smoking every single day for over 3 years most of the time it was like 8 times a day and im 16 years old and my mom sent me to my dads for a couple weeks and i cannot smoke down here ive been sober for 3 days the longest ive ever been sober in over 3 years and i am going through horrible withdrawals insomnia loss of appetite frustration and anxiety and i have high blood pressure and since i havent smoked ive almost passed out from my blood pressure 3 times and i take medicine for it what do i do

Chill out man you can do this.  I smoked for ten years straight, every day, all day, every chance I got.  I know what you mean.  I found it to be more of a mental addiction.  There is an addiction there but it is not as bad as something like opiate addiction.  I find that most cannabis around these days brings high blood pressure anyway.  It's like cocaine and weed mixed together because of the potency.  Take some benadryl and it should chill you out and should help you sleep.  Try it...I bet it helps.
