Masturbating on your period is fine. Showerhead, no problem. Other methods can get a little messy. I don't insert anything when I masturbate so I just masturbate with a tampon in and there's no mess. If you do want to insert your fingers or whatever, perhaps do it on a dark towel and have wet wipes to hand to clean up afterward. And then perhaps put a load of washing on so your parents don't find the towel. They'll be impressed that you're helping out. Sorry, I've got no masturbating tips.
