This has already been answered above: When the balloon is inside of you and completely enclosed by your vagina, it cannot expand further and therefore also not pop. If you (accidently) make a hole into the balloon then, it will not pop to shreds. It will only tear open and the air will go out. You can try to inflate a balloon inside a bottle until it fills the bottle completely and see this effect with your own eyes.
