But I've realized that when I masturbate and then just go straight to sleep, I'll usually wake up and have a burning sensation when I pee that will be extremely uncomfortable until it fades away a while later. But, if I pee after I masturbate and THEN go to bed, I'm fine in the morning.
Also, the urgency feeling you guys have might be because you're exciting the area of your body where you pee. You might also notice that it's hard to pee after you do just because it's all excited and swollen down there and you're super sensitive.
Hope this helps some of you feel less pain :) I hate getting up when I'm done, but it's the only way I know that I won't have trouble peeing in the morning.
I know nobody here really wants to stop masturbating, that's just not going to happen. ;) So we can just find ways to do it without messing with our bodies too much lol

I have the same exact problem. Mostly after masturbation, I get really bad UTI's. I mean, I make sure everything is clean and all but the UTI's still happen. I have gone to the doctors so many times because of this and they just kept giving me pills. Of course the meds get rid of the infections but then say a month later... UTI again!! It's super annoying and I don't know what to do. I take cranberry pills now that are suppose to help but I still get them.

I've been having this problem for years. I've been masturbating since I was 12 and been having UTI since 10th grade. I'm 19 now and I've learned to urinate after masturbation, but I find it's painful if not difficult since... after masturbation, my lower body tends to be numb for a while. It works, though. My UTIs are less frequent for sure !

I am a 28 year old male. I have the same problem on occasion.. probably once a month. I will have a since of urinary urgency about 5 to 10 minutes after I masturbate. For me, it's important that I urinate before I masturbate. If I have any feeling that I have to pee before I masturbate and I go ahead and masturbate anyways, then like clockwork, I will have the urinary urgency. Then for about the next 1 to 2 hours I will feel like I have to pee really bad but only be able to pee a little bit. The fastest way I've learned to get rid of that feeling if it does come on is to drink a lot of liquid (water is best) so that when I do feel like I have to pee really bad, then I will actually be able to pee a lot and I will typically feel better. I've never been to a doctor to seek advice. I hope this helps someone though.

Mixing half a teaspoon of baking soda with water gets rid of a uti extremely fast, as fast as the next day. It tastes awful and makes you burp, but its better than the burning pain of a uti!

There are many other ways to get a uti besides excessive masturbation. Using bubble bath, not wiping well enough, using harsh vaginal wash, douches, tampons (especially scented), eccetera, can increase your risk of getting a uti. I've beenastutbating for about 4 years and I just got my first uti because of a bath bomb fizzy thing (haha idk what it's called) but, if you have a uti, just drink a lot of water and cranberry juice. My brothers are in medical school, yoghurt is full of 'good' bacteria but they will be killed off by the antibiotics. It's practically useless to eat yoghurt whilst on antibiotics; however, eating yoghurt immediately after the course is over will help get your body back to normal.
