I think it is highly unlikely and that if your sister had her period twenty days ago she would have only ovulated a week ago. You do not have pregnancy symptoms until around three weeks after ovulation, so even if she did get pregnant there is no way she would have symptoms this early.

I repeat no she can not get pregnant from you getting your mess on the toilet seat,.,,,...I am 1000000% sure of this, as a RN for a very reputable Gynecologist, BUT Your messy habits can pass an STD which can make her have flu like symptoms,. So Clean up after yourself or go to another more appropriate place , like an adult store and use their service room for your habit In the mean time put a can of Lysol in the bathroom and if you do decide you can not wait and You absolutely have to do it , then when you are done, be responsible enough to Soak the toilet with the Lysol spray..or any disinfectant , let it set for at least 10 minutes and wipe clean or even if your to lazy to wait to wipe it, then at least spray it before you walk away,
