I'm 43 have been going through pre menopause , I have skipped my period this month,  extreme tiredness and fatigue and he heart beating fast .. Are these signs have pre

menopause,, or could there be other health issues I need to be concerned with? I'm having frequent Urination and lower stomach pain. any advice would be helpful.
