Well, to be honest I haven’t tried the product but I read about it and it sounds like all the rest no-exercise-weight-loss c**p. I apologize for the bad word choice but it is how I feel. It is one of those quick weight losses which has bad influence on your body and doesn’t give you any long term effects. I would skip this and turn to more natural dieting like proper combination of certain foods and exercising which is not only good for reducing fat, but for your health as well.

Well its always good to know that there is something out there to help out,I am just starting this product and its only been a few day s so lets put this baby to the test and see what we get I will keep you guys posted on results, of low cal diet and very small exercise and see what I can give you guys to see orhear. :D
