My brother dies of a prescription drug reaction and the other findings were a Acute Pulmonary hemorrhage.I am wondering if the hemorrhage was from the methadone found in him 1.08mg/l and if the the methadone metabolite 0.06 mg/l is different then methadone.

I am really sorry for your loss. After doing a little research, it looks like it is possible that the hemorrhage was caused by the methadone, which can have reactions with the heart. The thing I found was a pulmonary edema, which is not quite the same, but it is a plausible link. I'm not sure of the answer to your other question so hopefully someone else can answer it for you.
