Miserable pains, and hot flashes

Hi my name is Brianna I am 18 and have a 9 month old baby. Nothing like this has bothered me before, but the past week I have been having hot flashes, nausea, major migraines, loss of appetite, and can't sleep. I know for a fact I am not pregnant, so that counts that out. I have not been to the doctor yet, because I thought I would just google it. but nothing has given me a good enough answer. I would really appreciate it if I could get some help..
